Shiny things are, of course, REALLY COOL things! Shiny things may include gadgets & gizmos, baubles... just about anything, really.

PHP is cool and shiny (So is SQL, although that is also mean at times).

Portable TVs. This is a cool gadget. I like cool gadgets. Or is it a gizmo. Doesn’t really matter. I have a little TV (2.3” color screen!) so now I can watch stuff I want to on broadcast television (not that I have cable right now...)

Websites. Websites are usually shiny. Although they can also be annoying. I like shiny websites. I also have several websites.

Beads. Beads are shiny. I like to make things with shiny beads; especially real pearls. Pearls are SO SHINY!!!

Polymer clay. Polymer clay can be used to sculpt many things. I like polymer clay and am fairly good at making things out of it.

Christmas lights. These are shiny. Shininess is increased if they are in a shiny display and not simply hung up randomly.

Knowledge. Very shiny, especially if it is fun. Like learning languages.

Jewelry is, of course, shiny. Although I tend not to wear any. It annoys me. Alas! But I like to look at it.
